Authorities in Bahrain have arrested an Indian telecommunications engineer accused of passing sensitive information to Mossad, the external intelligence agency of Israel. The suspect, identified as Nitin Mohan, was reportedly detained by Bahraini intelligence services after investigators uncovered alleged links to foreign intelligence operations.
According to preliminary reports, Mohan is accused of transmitting geospatial data, photographs, and video reconnaissance of strategic sites within Bahrain. Authorities believe the information could potentially assist foreign intelligence agencies in analyzing infrastructure and assessing possible operational targets.
Sensitive Data and Strategic Locations
Security officials indicated that the suspect allegedly shared site imagery and operationally relevant details that could help with intelligence mapping and targeting assessments.
